The 1954 Bowman master checklist and this break contain 264 unique cards. While mostly raw, this is a very nice set with well over half the cards in EX+ condition including the SGC 6 Mickey Mantle. The 1954 Bowman set features stunning photography and is headlined by Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays and the extremely elusive #66 Ted Williams.
Ted Williams served in WWII from 1942-46 and in the Korean war from during 1952-1953. With Ted in Korea, Bowman was unaware that he had signed an exclusive contract with Topps. Once this was discovered, they pulled his #66 card and replaced it with his teammate Jim Piersall, who also appears on card #210.
The limited production has made #66 of Teddy a tough find for collectors for decades. To quote PSA, "it is also widely considered to be one of the most significant cards in the postwar era".
The Master Set
This set contains all 40 variations including the Teddy and both variations of Hall of Famers Minnie Minoso and Gil Hodges. As a result, card numbers and spot numbers do not match. The variations reflect a variety of corrected errors resulting from Bowman's rushed production while competing with Topps.
We make an effort to understate the condition of raw cards. In our review of this set, we only identified 2 cards as Fair, 10 cards as Good, and 38 cards as VG. The rest are VG-EX, EX+ or graded.
The set's condition is further demonstrated by the 24 Hall of Famers freshly graded by SGC, which averaged over a SGC 4 (VG-EX). We upgraded the set further with 12 cards graded PSA/SGC/BVG 6 or 7 (9 PSA, 2 SGC, 1 BVG).

How it Works
For those not familiar with randomized set breaks, participants purchase a spot which guarantees them one random card from the set.
After we fill and payments are collected, the list will be randomized and each spot will be assigned a random card from the set. A spot will hit the SGC 6 Mickey Mantle, a spot will hit the SGC 3 Ted Williams, etc.
The randomizer will use 2 dice with a 9 roll minimum, and will be performed by a trusted video runner live. Video recording and randomizer results will also be posted immediately after results are completed.
