About Bill Hart

Born 1865 in Louisville, Kentucky (d. 1936), Bill Hart was a right-handed pitcher whose major-league career spanned 1886 to 1901 with the Philadelphia Athletics, Brooklyn, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Cleveland, compiling a 66-120 record and a 4.65 ERA; he later pitched for Little Rock in the Southern Association.
