1955 Topps All-American #23 Dick Kazmaier
Rookie card

About Dick Kazmaier
Dick Kazmaier ran Princeton's single-wing attack as its tailback from 1949 to 1951, and the Tigers never lost with him as the featured back over his last two seasons, going unbeaten in both 1950 and 1951. An All-American both years, he led the nation in total offense as a senior and won the 1951 Heisman Trophy in a landslide with 506 first-place votes, adding the Maxwell Award and AP Male Athlete of the Year honors; no Ivy League player has won the Heisman since. He then famously turned down the Chicago Bears in favor of Harvard Business School, built a long business career through his firm Kazmaier Associates, served as president of the National Football Foundation, and established the Patty Kazmaier Award, given annually to the top player in women's college hockey and named for his daughter. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1966.
