About Bill Milligan
Born August 19, 1878 in Buffalo, New York (d. 1928), William "Bill" Milligan was a left-handed pitcher who appeared in the majors with the Philadelphia Athletics (1901) and New York Giants (1904) and pitched in the minors for clubs including the Buffalo Bisons and the Jersey City Skeeters.
