About Miller Huggins
Born 1878 in Cincinnati, OH (d. 1929), Miller Huggins was a switch-hitting second baseman who debuted in 1904 and played 13 major-league seasons. He batted .265 with 1,474 hits, 9 home runs, and 324 stolen bases in 1,586 games. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
