About Pee Wee Reese
Born 1918 in Ekron, KY (d. 1999), Pee Wee Reese was a right-handed shortstop who debuted in 1940 and played 16 major-league seasons. He batted .269 with 2,170 hits, 126 home runs, 885 RBI, and 232 stolen bases over 2,166 games. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
