About Kid Elberfeld
Born 1875 in Pomeroy, OH (d. 1944), Kid Elberfeld was a right-handed shortstop who debuted in 1898 and played 14 major-league seasons. He batted .271 with 1,235 hits, 10 home runs, and 213 stolen bases in 1,292 games.
