The story on this card

Baltimore's four-game sweep of the Dodgers is remembered for Game 1, when Moe Drabowsky came out of the bullpen in the third inning and shut the door. He struck out eleven batters over six and two-thirds innings, a World Series record for a reliever, and fanned six in a row to match a mark set in 1919. The Orioles won the opener 5-2 behind home runs from Frank Robinson and Brooks Robinson, and the run Drabowsky allowed on a bases-loaded walk to Jim Gilliam was the last the Dodgers would score in the entire Series. Los Angeles was swept in four straight, outscored 13-2, as Baltimore captured the first championship in franchise history.
