The story on this card

Game 3 of the 1966 World Series was played at Baltimore's Memorial Stadium, matching Orioles starter Wally Bunker against the Dodgers' Claude Osteen. Bunker, who had struggled with injuries that season, scattered six hits over a complete-game gem. Osteen was nearly as sharp, allowing only three hits in seven strong innings, but one of them was a fifth-inning solo home run by center fielder Paul Blair, which stood as the game's only run. Baltimore's 1-0 win completed the Orioles' second straight shutout of the series and pushed their lead to 3-0, putting them on the brink of a sweep. This card is #153 in the 1967 Topps set's World Series subset, part of the set's second print series, and pictures Blair with the Orioles.
