1960 Topps #381 Milwaukee Braves
Milwaukee Braves team card — carries the series checklist on the back.
Cards #375-440 were printed on two back stocks, white and gray. White is the scarcer of the two, and the difference is the tint of the cardboard on the reverse — it is a stock variation, not a design change, so both backs read identically.

About this card
The sixteen team cards pair a club photo with a team record box, and their backs carry the printed checklist for a run of the set.
The players on this card
The 1960 Braves opened a new chapter under first-year manager Chuck Dressen, who replaced Fred Haney after the heartbreak of the 1959 pennant playoff loss to the Dodgers. Dressen's club stayed in the race deep into September behind Hank Aaron (40 home runs, 126 RBI), Eddie Mathews (39 homers, 124 RBI) and a strong pitching staff, finishing 88-66 - second in the National League, seven games behind the eventual champion Pittsburgh Pirates. County Stadium hosted the season's signature story: roommates Lew Burdette and Warren Spahn each no-hit the Philadelphia Phillies, Burdette winning 1-0 on August 18 and the 39-year-old Spahn striking out 15 in a 4-0 gem on September 16 - only the second time in major-league history one pitching staff had no-hit the same club twice in a season.

Graded population — a scarcity guide, not a price. Snapshot 2026-08-20. Half-grades fold down (8.5→8), and PSA's qualified grades are counted separately from the straight-grade rows shown here. Neither grader separates the white and gray back stocks on this card, so the counts below cover both. The Venezuelan issue, the 1960 Topps Tattoos and Bazooka are separate products and are not counted here.
